  • If a student is unable to access or avail the course content within the enrollment timeframe, no refund requests will be accepted, and no time extensions will be provided.
  • Enrollment validity can be checked in the Dashboard section of the student’s account.
  1. Internet and Course Access
  • The course content can only be viewed through the portal of the Website. No content will be made available for download under any circumstances.
  • Students are required to have a working internet connection with adequate speed to access the course materials. No requests for refunds will be accepted due to poor internet service or inability to access content as a result.
  • All live sessions will be conducted as per the time slots available with the company. No special or customized time slots will be provided for individual students.

In case of disputes, the parties agree to first attempt mediation or arbitration to resolve issues before pursuing legal action. The costs of mediation or arbitration will be born by student unless otherwise agreed.
