Refund and Exchange Policy - Sangeet Ka Sparsh

Overview

Due to the nature of Sangeet Ka Sparsh online courses, which involve the transfer of digital content, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the course materials have been accessed. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

We offer a 3-day return policy for course purchases without live classes. No refunds will be made after this 3-day period has expired.

For courses that include live classes, refund requests can be made within 3 days of enrolling. However, refunds will only be processed if the student hasn’t made significant progress in the course and hasn’t attended any live classes. Once the course is started and the progress bar shows more than 1%, or if a live class has been attended, Sangeet Ka Sparsh will not provide a refund.

Refund Terms

If a refund is approved within 12 hours of enrollment, 2% of the actual amount paid will be deducted from the refund.
If a refund is approved after 12 hours but within 24 hours of enrollment, 4% of the actual amount paid will be deducted from the refund.
If a refund is approved after 24 hours but within the 3-day policy of enrollment, 6% of the actual amount paid will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will exclude any discounts applied during the purchase.
Used coupon codes will be considered exhausted.
Refunds are not granted for failure to use the services during enrollment.
No refunds will be made for add-on sessions, including those purchased for clearing doubts.
To request a refund, you must contact us telephonically within the specified timeframe and during working hours (9am to 8pm).
Refund requests cannot be initiated through the dashboard.

Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days of approval into the original method of payment.
Exclusions: No refunds are provided after the first live class has commenced, or after you have started progressing the course, or after 3 days from the date of purchase, whichever is earlier. No refunds are provided after the Validity Period of the course has expired, even if the user has not accessed the course materials or attended live classes.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and processed by Sangeet Ka Sparsh, we’ll send you an email to notify you. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your debit/credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact Sangeet Ka Sparsh directly.

Exchanges

Course exchanges at Sangeet Ka Sparsh are possible only in rare cases where a student hasn’t progressed significantly in the course and wishes to enroll in a higher-value course. Downgrading to a lower-value course won’t be allowed under any circumstances. Any course exchange request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with Sangeet Ka Sparsh.

The validity of any add-on session you purchase extends until the validity of your main course enrollment, with an additional 3-day grace period to claim and complete the add-on session.

Live Class Policy (Refunds)

No Refunds for Missed Classes: If you miss a live class without proper notification, we will not offer a refund for that missed class.

Account Termination (Refunds)

In the event of account termination by Sangeet Ka Sparsh due to violations such as sharing your user ID, recording and sharing content, or engaging in piracy by distributing Sangeet Ka Sparsh course content, no refunds will be provided.
