How Our Program Works

Advance Payment Required: All payments for your chosen plan must be made in advance.

Flexible Scheduling: We’ll schedule all your sessions based on both available time slots and your availability.

Weekly Schedule & Changes:

• Your weekly session schedule will be provided every Sunday.

• If you need to request a change in timing for your scheduled sessions, you must inform your instructor on the same Sunday the schedule is sent out.

Live Session Plans:

• Basic Plan (30-Minute Sessions):

  • 1 Class Per Week (Monthly Plan): You’ll get one 30-minute class each week throughout the month.

  • 3 Classes Per Week (Monthly Plan): This option provides three 30-minute classes per week for the month.

  • 20 Classes in One Month (Intensive Plan): This accelerated plan gives you twenty 30-minute classes within a single 30-day period.

• Premium Plan (60-Minute Sessions):

  • 1 Class Per Week (Monthly Plan): You’ll get one 60-minute class each week throughout the month.

  • 3 Classes Per Week (Monthly Plan): This option provides three 60-minute classes per week for the month.

  • 20 Classes in One Month (Intensive Plan): This accelerated plan gives you twenty 60-minute classes within a single 30-day period.

30-Day Completion Window: You must complete all your sessions within a 30-day window starting from your enrollment date.

Punctuality: Please log in 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at its designated time.

Rescheduling Policy:

• If you need to reschedule your timing outside of the Sunday notification window, you can join another ongoing batch, but you must provide at least 3 days’ prior notice.

• Missed Sessions by Plan:

  • Premium Plan: If you miss your scheduled session, you can reschedule it within the next 15 days, but not beyond that period.

  • Basic Plan: Any missed sessions will lapse after 30 days and cannot be rescheduled.

• Instructor Unavailability Exception: The only exception for rescheduling is if your instructor is unavailable. In that case, we’ll provide a revised schedule to accommodate your sessions.

Quitting the Program: If any student decides to quit the program, they will forfeit the rest of the fee, and no refund will be made.

Policy Changes: Any changes made to our plans or policies will not apply to already enrolled students. The updated terms will only take effect for a student’s next enrollment after their current plan expires.

Enrollment Expiration: Once the 30-day window ends, your session will be over, and your enrollment will automatically expire. You’ll need to enroll again for any future sessions.

Usage Policy & Termination:

• This live session is for individual use only. If anyone other than the registered student is found to be learning during the session, your account will be immediately terminated, and no refund will be provided.

• Recording the session for personal use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. If found doing so, your account will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be provided.
