Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The remaining value of your current plan will be applied toward the new plan. Downgrades are possible at the end of your billing cycle.
We provide a freeze request option to temporarily freeze your account. When the account is frozen, your plan validity is carried forward for the frozen time period.
Your attendance is recorded on our online system. Marked attendance is deducted from your available sessions per week. If you miss a class, your available sessions remain intact, allowing you to attend a make-up session or the next live session to compensate for the missed class.
